      SPECTRA PICTURE EJECTION PROBLEM
      how to solve this problem.

This happens most frequently with Impossible Project or Polaroid Originals
Spectra films on most Spectra and Image cameras
After taking a picture the ejecting mechanism starts but the picture gets stuck
between the rollers at the heigth of the pod.

This is caused because the pictures and the pods of the new films are thicker
than what they used to be with the old original Polaroid films
The following improvement method has been recommended also by technicians
      from Polaroid Originals.

Ejection can be improved significantly by removing the Milar strip on the flap (door)
      from the Spectra film.
To open the flap insert a small screw driver in the notch to unlock the flap.
Remove the Milar strip quickly without opening to widely the flap.
      Close again the flap.
Do not remove the Mylar strip from the dark slide.

Some people advise to do this in a dark room which is not easy.
I do it in dimmed light away from bright light.
After having removed the Mylar strip keep the film away from bright light
in the original box or insert it in the camera.

You might practice the opening of the film cartridge with an empty film.

Procam and Macro 5 cameras never have any ejection problems.

After jamming has occured you might need to complete the ejection cycle
of the camera by inserting an empty film and push the shutter release button.
